The customer service is top tier. Devi was especially helpful with experiences, cabs, and good to the pool/ rooms. Breakfast box to go was nice. Everyone is warm. Room were cleaned very well. Booking outside trips was easy.

The spa services needs work. Old slippers for guests are a nice gesture but looked worn. My room key kept turning off at odd hours. Late hours. Not being able to share rooms so big is a turn off. You should at least be able to have two to a room. The hotel needs to make hotel amenities knowledgeable to the guest early. I did not know we could use the Van to go to the beach until much later in our trip.

Beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful. Devi at the front desk was great. We also rented a scooter and the hotel was able to get us one in less than 10 minutes.

The room was spacious. The private pool was great to hangout with. Amenities were great. Staffs are excellent and helpful. The welcome massage was top notch! And there are lots of restaurant and cafes nearby.

We felt like king and queen from the beginning to the end of our stay at Astera. They really look after you and well. Great villa house with private swimming pool.

The people are so sweet here, the rooms are good not the best but I feel the price is good for what you get! I received a gift a pochette from the hotel and also the floating breakfast is a must do here, I loved the people, the vibe in the hotel, I can’t say anything that I didn’t like!

They are doing restoration next to the hotel but they already told us before we booked so it’s your own choice, it didn’t bother us but I can understand others would found it annoying.

The pool the staff attitude the hot tub jacuzzi specially I took the package for candle light dinner and decor it was totally worth it

Everything was amazing and villa match the pictures and your expectations. Staff was amazing and was very helpful. Would definitely come back as its one of the best villas i have stayed in bali and I've been a few times.

The only downside would be a it's a tiny bit out of the way but everything with in 10min on a scooter, so no issues at all (grab less then a dollar on scooter to get anywhere in canggu)

AC in the room made a lot of noiseAlso the fridge that was making a lot of noise at night for few minutes then stopped, and then again and agian.In the room there is no full isolation from the light, the light comes in from the top triangle that cannot be closed with anything. Hotel should try to thing how to improve that :)

In suite pool, clean, staff was very good

The view advertised in the photos with the rice fields and open lawn is no more. Most of the space is occupied with construction now

Central location. Close to Finn's beach Club and Motel Mexicola.The staff were incredibly accommodating and always looking to help. They were easy to contact via WhatsApp and the WiFi was fast and reliable.

Upstairs room sometimes got a bit hot on the really warm days even with the A/C and Fan running.The room phone didn't charge properly and we couldn't use it intermittently.
